Mrs. John Agans Dies at OttumwaMrs. Bessie L. Agans, 90, retired Lucas county, school teacher and widow of former school superintendent John Agans( died Thursday a.m. at tire Otiwrara General hospital.Mrs. Agans had been a patient at Utlumwa since suffering injuries in a fall about two months ago.Funeral services -were held Saturday at 1:30 at the Derby Methodist church, Intorment will be Murray. The Beardsley-Field-lug Fun oral hone has charge of arrangements.Mrs. Agans taught for many yeais in county schools and' had a(v long tenure at Lucas. Mr, AgansI '' who died in 1.958, has served as superintendent in many Iowa schools for over 50 years, including the Derby schools.Survivors include a stepdaughter, Mrs, Walter Coop of Russell; a son, John, of Russell; a sistor, Mrs. Golds Stcver of Postvi.le, and a brother, George Moogar, of Monrovia, Calif.T 1 M
