ROCHESTER JUDGE HEARS ATTORNEYS IN CLARK MATTER Judge Frederick E. Rakestraw of the Fulton Circuit Court at Ro chester heard arguments in Carroll circuit court Thursday in the mat ter of the State of Indiana on re lation of Frederick B. Clark vs. Charles A. Wood, et.al. A pre-trial conference was held and the mat ter continued in order for the de fendant to present detailed charges. Clark is a former city policeman who is seeking to be re-instated to the police force. Frank Pryor and Samuel Power of Frankfort represent Clark. Winson C. McCormick is appearing for the city.
