The bridegroom is the son of Mrs. Roxie Moore of Norwich.Carnations shaded in pink and gladioli of different colors decorated the altar.The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a floor length gown of Chantilly lace over silk organza and taffeta. The bodice featured a scalloped V. neckline and was outlined with iridescent sequins and had long tapered sleeves. Her fingertip veil of silk illusion was held by a tiara of diamonds a gift from her husband. She carried a bouquet of white rose buds centered with pink roses.The maid of honor was Miss Sandra Cowles, and the bridesmaids were Miss Barbara Cowles and Miss Betty Lou Phillips, all of whom are cousins to the bride. They wore ballerina length gowns, fashioned of scalloped organza over taffeta. While all three were fashioned alike one was yellow, one blue and one pink.
