I~ Taylor was arrested for obtaining a registered letter from a postoflice in Oklahoma. Taylor in some Way learned that a registered letter was in the oflkv for a different party, lie forged an order and obtained the letter. The complaint was made liefore the commislouer who made the arrest himself. Deputy Marshal Carr broughr the prisoner to this city yesterday nnd loged him in jail to await the action of the grand jury.
