MOISE, on Tuesday, the 2d of October, at that airy and commodious resi-j dence formerly occupied by the late Madame Prud' homine, IIudson-street, north of the Citadel, and two donrs west of Meeting-street, well known as one of the most salubrious locations in the city. No pains will be spared in procuring the most competent and efficient Assistants; and Professors will be employed to lecture upon and illusirate the Sciences, as a complete Chemical and Philosophical Apparatus will be furnished.Every branch comprising a complete course of English will be taught.Also, French, Spanish, Italian, Vocal and Instrumental Music on the Harp, Piano and Guitar, Drawing. Painting and Dancing.
