In the two weeks that he and his show held forth. 192,000 persons paid a total of £84,200. This, according to Roht. M. Weitman, managing director of the theatre, established a new summer season record.Surrounded by Avis Andrews, the Three Choelaters, the Six Cotton Club boys, the Cab divers, a musical unit within the band. Cab is currently playing at tin* Palace Theatre, Akronv Ohio. This will be followed by Youngstown, Indianapolis and Syracuse followed by two weeks at the Pii'Ahdt Theatres in Metro politan New York.Hal Davis, promition director for Columbia Recording Corp., has advised Cab that his recentplatter. Fifteen Minute Intermission is the leading number in the juke boxes. He expects this to be succeeded by a new record which has not vet lieen released, Papa's In Bed With His Britches On. This record, according to Davis, is another I Jumpin’ Jive.
