Alfred R. PoweH filed a suit with fche clerk of the Knox Circuit Court Monday against Benjamin T. White, Jr., in which he asks a judgment in the sum of $200. Plaintiff alleges that on September 4th., 192^ while his daughter, Opal Powell was driving a Ford roadster on the public highway be~ tween Oaktown and Vincennes, the defendant,'driving a Dodge coupe carelessly and rtegligcntly^drdve hit ca* into fcher oadater driven by plaintiff’s daughter; as a reoult of which the IHl front wheel of the roadster was broken, and the rite was destroyed, radiator was mashed; headlight and windshield were broken, the frame was sprung, and the front axle was bent. Plaintiff also alleges that his daughter was thrown against the sts«rihg wheel of the era with greatforce and violence.
