From D«ilT.Malone.■Joseph Malone, veteran colored ban her, who was well known about Lo-gansport. died at bis borne on Barr* Lett Street last night at eleven o'clock, following a lingering illness. Death was due to tuberculosis. Malone was one of the best known barbers in the city, having operated a shop on Market street for a number of years. He was forced to abandon tbe shop several months ago • when pulmonary, trouble set inf and in. hopes of warding off the dread disease he slept-in a tent at his home for some months. Deceased was forty-three years -old, and' besides a widow is survived by six children.
