Departure of Guests Has Marked the Week. Unusually Large Number Planning to Remain ‘Until: Later Tnvitations Out for Formal , Opening of Music Hall, LAKD WINNIPESAUKID, NEH, dept h With the advent of September there Has_been a great out-going ‘of summer People from the lake region. Although most‘ of ‘the mitsummer guetts have” departed, ‘yet, there are many who came during the latter part of August to stay through a portion of or all of September. In addition to these the regular September guests have begun to arrive and, although the scene is somewhat ‘less animated than during the crowded August ‘days, yet it is far from dull. Many of the landlords are receiving applications: ‘for October accommodi ons, and ‘with promise of a repetition at the Warm and pleasant weather of lost fail, the prospect for a busy two months is excellent. iThe Weilrs. All arrangements for the dedicatory hall to be held in the new Mauste hall at ‘The Weils next Monday evening have been completed, and a large num ber of invitations have been sent out. Appearances indicate that this event wil eclipse. any social occasion held here big, season, and an unusually large attendance ‘is promised. Guy Batchelder and ‘staff will attend. Mr.and Mrs ‘Harold Dodge of Wor cester are enjoying their honeymoon ‘and will remain several weeks, 25 tents, occupied by members of the Appalachian, ntalt club, and situated ‘on an island in lake Winnipe saukee, were’ closed for the slagon thief Mr. and Mr. F. A.. Dran and their daughter, Miss Nannie Dran of Boston, are September guests born, Gamp: Idlewild...a summer athletic school for boys, located or on inland, in Iake: Winnipesaukee, was broken up for the season yesterday.
