Mr. Taylor was present and explained that the #0 called regatta committee was a committee of the rowing amput ciation and consequently could not elect a member of the yacht club as a mem ber of It own organization. It was however anxious to co-operate with the Yacht club In soliciting subscriptions! And arranging with the yacht club for proper making out of the program and sharing of the prize lista and asked we yachtamen to name their representa tive. Allan Dunn was appointed by the Yachtamen to repremant them on the committee of the rowing masoclation and also Lo aid that body In pollolthin subscriptions. The meting of the club While having many prominent members Prement lacked a feve of the requisite hares to make one rilthy submotion resolutions but it was understood that they would all be Confirmed later.
