W I VU * •Died, at her home in Klpton, September 2d, after an illness of several months duration, Mrs. Lucy Ward, wife of Josephus Whitney, aged sev-enty-fivo years. She was a residont of this town for many years, and leayosa husband and tour daughters, Mrs. Jonoa^ol' Fostorla, Mrs. Adams, of Wellington, Mrs. F. Sheffield, of Pittsfield, and Miss Mary Whitney, of Cleveland. Funeral service was held at Kip ton to-day. Mr. Ward isquite ill. __Mary H.
