Brott to Enter Lower Town.The matter of title in Lower St. Cloud, which has for many years been a vexed question, seems likely soon to come to a final settlement. A letter was received by the officers of the Land Office at this place, from the Commissioner of the General Land Office, under date of August 22d, directing that the St. Paul and Pacifio Railroad Company and the Governor of the State be required to file in the General Land Office a relinquishment to these lands, viz: Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, and SW J NW J and NW J SW 1, Section 13, Township 124, Range 28, being all of Lower Town. If they fail to file this relinquishment within sixty days, Mr Brott shall nevertheless “be permitted to enter all that portion of said tracts which does not conflict with the rights of other parties.” This decision is rendered underthe provinions of an tLci of Oongrcoa approved May 26th, 18G0, entitled “An Act for the relief of George F.
