Charge of Perjury arising out of the BaronDe Camin Riots.—On Monday, at the Court House, a respectable beerhouse keeper, named William Hey, and another man, named John Dixon, were charged with having committed perjury; and Patrick Corcoran was also charged with having mitigated the perjury When Baron De Camin was in Wakefield, a short period back, Corcoran, with others, was taken into custody charged with having assaulted him. When brought before the magistrates Corcoran called the two, Hey and Dixon, to prove that he was elsewhere. This is alleged to be false.
