TWO CHAIN STORE MANAGERS DEPARTF. L. Gilson Goes to Bangor; D. C. Gordon to Grow ApplesPottstown will lose two of Its variety department store managers this week. They are Francis L. Gilson, manager of the W. T. Grant and Co. store and D. C. Gordon, manager of the store of the J. J. Newberry company.Gilson will leave this morning to assume the managership of the Grant store at Bangor, Pa. His successor, William Gabbert, assistant manager of the Reading store, arrived in Pottstown yesterday with his wife and child.Gilson has been in Pottstown a year and a half and came here from Altoona.Planning to enter the apple growing business, Gordon announc-(Contlnued on Pase Twelve)
