A FAMILY REUNION* ' iCelebration of the Birthday of Raymond Bossier in Table Mound a Pleasant Event.Raymond Fessler, of Mosalent township, celebrated his SOth birthday anniversary Monday. .Gathered around the festive board oh’ this occasion were the seven children of the aged gentleman, Messrs. Maurice and Andrew Fessler of-Mitchell. South Dakota, It. «J. of ha Crosse. »T. IT. on the old homestead and Miss Carrie ulso of Da Crosse. With the family were congregated the neighbors and friends of Mr. Fessler and the day . was spent in feasting and enpoyment. It was the lirst time in twenty years that the members of the family dined together and the happy meeting will be for all time to come a pleasant memory in the minds of those who assembled on this occasion. Mr. Fessler is one of the very earliest settlers In one of the the very earliest settlers in Mosaiem township, coming to Dubuque when the city consisted of a few cabins. During all these years he has tilled the soil and in his declining years enjoys the possession of valuable tracts of land, good health, and the high regard of the eoinmunity in which he lives._ ... .
