Singleton wife of Sebastian I). Allis, it :s-ordered, adjudged and decreed that the Plaintiff be separated in property from her said husband, that the community heretofore existing between them be dissolved, that she have judgment uguinst him for the sum of two thousand three hundred dollars, with interest at five per cent per anuuui from date hereof, that her legal mortgage und privilege be maintained and confirmed as follows, viz : On the sum of eight hundred dollars, from the sev-eutb day of April. A. !., one thou.s.me eight hundred and fiff v-two, on five huudred dollars dollars from the sixteenth or May. one thou-, sand eight hundred and fifty-three, and from the seventeenth day of April, one chtuaaud eight huudred and fifty-six, on one thcu*aud dollars, aud that Defendant pay the Ccsta of this suit.This done, read and signed in cpeu Court, at Opelousas, this first day of July, A. one thousand eight hundred and fifty-seven.B.
