Singleton wife of Sebastian I). Allis, it :s-ordered, adjudged and decreed that the Plaintiff be separated in property from her said husband, that the community heretofore existing between them be dissolved, that she have judgment uguinst him for the sum of two thousand three hundred dollars, with interest at five per cent per anuuui from date hereof, that her legal mortgage und privilege be maintained and confirmed as follows, viz : On the sum of eight hundred dollars, from the sev-eutb day of April.
