Raleigh Parker, Northampton ..ea.th c.ficer, presided at the meeting and introduced thespeakers. Also introduced was El-ma McLendon, midwife of Albemarle in Stanley County, who is spending six weeks in Northampton •ie observing and studying midwifery in the health department.A picnic lunch was enjoyed, and ice cream, donated by the healthall,ey,or,lack,3s-belry,in,in-D’- department, was served.
