Notice Bankrupt Sale.Persuant to an order made by the United States District Court, Northern Division, Middle District of Alabama, inBankruptcy,4,1, as trustee of J. P. Lawrence Bankrupt, will offer, to the highest bidder for cash, during legal hours of sale, subject to approval of said court, on the 8th day of October, 1913 at the Court house, Clanton, Chilton county, state of Alabama.“A ceftain lot or parcel of land in the /ilia of Maplesville, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the northern margin of the Montevallo dirt road (which road rurns east and west through the village of Maplesville) one hundred twenty-eight (128) feet, seven (7) inches west of westor-n margin of H. C. Bearden’s lot and running thence westarl’y along said Montevallo road forty-three (43) feet, more or less, to the east line of the lot formerly conveyed to Union State bank, thence in a northerly direction eighty-five (85) feet, thence in an easterly direction forty-three (43) feet, more of less, thence in a southerly direction eighty-five (85) feet to the point of beginning; it being the intention of the grantors herein to convey all that lot between the drug store building and the lot formerly conveyed to Union State Bank to the distance of eighty-five (85) feet from said Montevallo dirt road, one-story brick store house on same.And also a certain lot or parcel of real estate, sixty feet in length and four inches, more or less, in width, at Maplesville, desoribed as follows, to-wit: The west half of the west wall oithe brick building now occupied by V. B. Potts as a drug store, and the west half of the brick wall extending in a northerly direction ten feet, more or less, beyond the north wall of said : building; also the land on which the west half of said wall now stands, ex-j tending sixty feet, in a northerly direction, from the front of said building. Also lots 47 and 48 in block one of Steele Real Estate company’s addition to Steele, Alabama, according to the map recorded in office of Judge oi Probate at Ashville, Alabama.”Property belonging to said estate, free of all liens.Montgomery, Ala., 1st day of September, 1913,George Stuart,Trustee.
