M., for the purpose of or- j! ganizing a Company of Cavalry, in the = county of Sheboygan, for the use of the j United States, subject to die call of the - Governor of the State of Wisconsin.- j5 I Meeting organized by calling Oj:ax ' i I'ogkus to the chair, and appointing G. ; ~ I W. PjiCK secretary. j* I X. C. Clough, Col. F. Aude, and Mr. j 1; Ih'ay, were appointed a committee to idraft a constitution, preparatory to the ! organization of said Company. ■■About 3 o’clock P. M. Cnpt. D. B.:' I CoNGiiis, of the Sheboygan County In-1 ■ : j dependents, with 3ns noble and gallant!: j company and martial band, (who are in | • camp at Plymouth,) arrived. Conger, where preparations: had been made for the occasion. Stir-! ring and telling speeches were made by Messrs. C. N. Clough, Capt. Conger and 1 Kev.
