Second defendant charged with death of 11-year-old girlRANCHO CUCAMONGA (AP) — A second defendant charged with the shooting death of an 11-year-old San Bernardino girl has accepted a plea deal in the case.Patrick Lair pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and attempted voluntary manslaughter including special enhancements for use of a deadly weapon and gang participation for the death of Mynisha Crenshaw.Lair joins defendant Shawn Davis as two of 11 total defendants who accepted plea bargains in the highly charged case.If Lair cooperates fully with law enforcement officers and prosecutors, which includes testifying at hearings or trials for his co-defendants, he could receive 15 years in prison, according to the agreement he signed with his attorney.Crenshaw was killed Nov. 13 while having dinner with her family at the Cedarwood Apartments.
