Injury Accident James Roberts, 21, 429 W. 3rd, was treated for miscellanous injuries early today after he fell off the rear of a motorcycle in 800 block of Washington Road, police reported. He was removed to Bethel Deaconess Hospital by Newton Ambulance, treated for injuries to the head, back and shoulder and later released. The cycle was driven by John R. Jantz, 608 E. 9th, who was not hurt. Sheriff’s Department Mark G. Webb, 20, Park City, was arrested early today south of Newton on 135 and booked for driving under the influence. He was released on bond, Divorce and Annulments Charles Westle Ayers, Newton, was granted a divorce Friday from Katherine Irene Ayers, Hutchinson. Her former name, Katherine Irene Hendry, was restored. Annulments were granted Friday Carol Sue Hubin, Newton, from Roger Lynn Hubin, Newton. Her former name, Carol Sue Trego, was restored. James L.
