Peter Job Milano and other men today are ating a sentence hear ing Sept. 30 after their con viction in Federal Court on charges of ruling a rolat ing Las Vegas type gam bling game. Another alleged victim of the murder plot, a key gov ernment witness, Roman A. Klytta, and other key witnesses who were not mentioned in the alleged plot, have been under 24- hour government protec tion for several months. After the hearing, Twitty said he had not previously referred to the alleged murder plot against Dubcek and Klytta in order not to prejudice the defendants’ rights for a fair trial. Curtis, howeve did warn the defendants: Seek New Trials ‘if there is a whisper of any kind of harassment of anyone connected with this case, I will jerk the bonds of all defendants.
