Bozeman Truckers Arraigned MondayThree truckers from Bozeman were arraigned Monday on charges of falsifying weight of barley purchased from Frank Cunningham. They were Robert LeRoy Kindsfather, Earl Bruce Jones and George Kenneth Daley who are truckers for Northwest Grain Co. of Bozeman. They were arrested by county Sheriff Terry Cameron on two charges, one a misdemeanor, conspiracy to obtain property under false pretinces and the second a felony stemming from the manipulation of air brakes and jockeying trucks in such a manner as to falsify true weight when being weighed.The men had paid Cunningham for 64,900 pounds of ibarley when they actually had 118,000 pounds on the trucks. The difference would about to about $770.00 lost to Cunningham. The men are being held in county jail in lieui of bonds set at $2,000.00 each and for the arrival of their attorney from Bozeman.
