Negotiations for the purchase of Ralph’s Market, 1101 South Twenty-fifth street, have been completed by Charles Baesler, veteran of the grocery business here. The newly-acquired market opened Tuesday as Baesler’s IGA Market at 1362 Wabash avenue. He is the third genera tion of this family in the grocery field. His father, Her man W. Baesler, is manager of the Wabash avenue store which has been in existence since 1894. Ralph’s Market was owned and operated the past 16 years by J. Ralph Peters. “We'll continue to have the same quality foods as we have in the past, but in both loca tions now,” the new owner an nounced.
