Bowen held to CourtJames Bowen was held in $200 bond for his appearance at the next term of circnit court. Attorney R L Moore is Bowen’s surety. Those who are not already familiar with the charges brought against Bowen, would be very little wiser if they knew them. Hence, we refrain from a detailed account of the case yesterday, which was aired in Justice Lowther’s court. There is at least one other similar case in the city, where the mother, instead ol the father, plays the leading role. There is no law severe enough by which to punish these Inhuman brutes.
