Proclamation by the Governor.$300 REWARD.Commonwealth of Kentucky, fCxeoutive Department, jWHEREAS it haa been made known to me, that WILLIAM R. WATSON, did, on the 23d of May last, kill and murder Dillard Phipps, in Morgan county, has fled from justice, and is now going at large:Now, therefore, I, BERIAH MAGOFFIN, Gov -ernor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, do hereby ofl'er a reward of Three Hundred Dollars for the apprehension of said William R. Watson, and hia delivery to the Jailer of Morgan county, within one year from the date hereof.—. IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I} have hereunto set. my hand, and caused L.
