Anoruen Bank Parsuwrarion.— C.F.. Smith ern, Esq., for some time Manager of the Bank of British North America in Brantford, having been transferred to a similar appointment to St. John, N.B., his commercial friends present ed him with a testimonial, as a work of their **sh estimation of his business abilities, and of tile respect and esteem for him. A very hand some and valuable service of silver was bought from Messrs. Ball, Black Co. of New York, and was, together with a suitable address, pres ented to Mr Smithers on Wednesday evening last, in the drawing-room of the Kirby House,
