LINCOLN JAMES SAUERSFairless Hills residentLincoln James Sauers, 220 Oxford Valley Road. Fairless Hills, died Saturday morning after a long illness. He was 52.He was a veteran of World War II and a recipient of the Bronze Star. Bom in Weatherlv in the Poconos. he was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Penndei.Prior to his illness he was employed as a state mechanics' inspector.He is survived by his widow. Ruth Hess, a daughter. Mrs. James Amelung of Dovlestown. his mother. Mrs. Edna Adams Sauers of Weatherly and two grandsons.He is the son of the late Luther Sauers.Funeral services were held in the Jeffnes and Son Funeral Home in Weatherly. The Rev. John Hunsicker. pastor of the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Weatherly, officiated.Interment was made in the Union Cemetery. Weatherly.Memorial contributions can be sent to the Bucks County Chapter of the American Cancer Society. Dovlestown.
