All hands at the Port Hue neme Navy Base will turn out to honor nine Seabees who will receive medals tomorrow at 2 p.m. at ceremonies on the Construction Battalion Center parade ground. James Flaherty, BUI, Navy Commendation Medal, NAVS ‘CON: Gordon Dibble, SWI, Ar my Commendation Medal, MCB-9. George Cantor, PN3, ‘Good Conduct, first award, ‘CBU personnel; and Robert Cunningham, EON2, Good Conduct, fourth award, MCB-11.
