The War Department has informed t ■ Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Zagata of Roch-i ester, formerly- of -this-vicfnityv that their son, Second Lieut. Joseph Zagata, has been killed in action. Previously, they had received word that he *was'ffilssTflgr* * ~A member of the Army Tank Division before transferring to the J Rangers, Lieut. Zagata was sent to* Ii foreign shores four months ago.
