That act prohibits the wile. gift, or fumlsh-imt of spirituous, mnlt. fermented or vinous liquor to any Inmate of the HoliHerii' Home, except when on a furlough and away from the city of Grand Rapids. In Whiting, on Township Hoard. 7! Michigan, page 2111. regarding the cottsitut ionslity of act No. 31. laws of 1887. making It unlawful to establish or mnintnln a saloon or other place of amusement where intoxicating liquor* are sold within mi mile of the Soldlrri/ Home, or without that distance sell-a inmate or employe liquor.
