In Whiting, on Township Hoard. 7! Michigan, page 2111. regarding the cottsitut ionslity of act No. 31. laws of 1887. making It unlawful to establish or mnintnln a saloon or other place of amusement where intoxicating liquor* are sold within mi mile of the Soldlrri/ Home, or without that distance sell-a inmate or employe liquor.
