Attention Militia. A persons who are subject to Military du ty under the provisions of an Act to or ganize and discipline the Militia of Ohio, pass ed March 31st, 1864, and who are not now members of some volunteer organization, are hereby notified that they are required to pay in to the County Treasury, on or before the 15th day of September next, the sum of four dollars each, which shall be a commutation for fines and penalties for neglect to perform Military service, except under calls to prevent or repel invasion, or suppress insurrection.
