By virtue of an order of the Court of Equity, the following tracts of land described in the proceedings of this cage, will be sold, on Sale Day in October next, at Abbeuille C. EL, on a credit of one and two years, with interest at the second instalment from the time the firat becomes dur, exept the costs, which are to be paid cash, the purchasers to give bonde and gaol surety, and a mortgage of the premises, 10 secure the purchase money—vizs FIRST—The Blow Tract, situate in Abbeville District, on Little River, containing one hundred and seventy-seven acres, more of fees, adjoining lands of James Connor and others. SECOND—The Crawford Tract, situ ate in Abbeyville or, on Little Wt joining two hundred and sixty four acres, more or less, bounded by Little River and lands of John Mars. THIRD—The Moore Tract, situate in Abbeville District, on Little Ttver, contain ing two hundred and threes and a half acres, Hjeré or less, bounded by lands of James Cons wor, Herbert Darracott and others Purchasers to pay for papers.
