S.Barker, 56, of Peach Creek al Community, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Memorial in Funeral Chapel, Bryan, the Rev. af Glen Brown, former pastor of Millican Baptist Church, of-iy ficiating.Burial will be in Peach Creek »o Cemetery under the direction of •y Memorial Funeral Chapel.11, Mr. Barker died Saturday in it Temple Hospital. He was a t. native of Brazos County and was ly born Dec. 30, 1914. A former s. Deacon in the Millican Baptist if Church, he was a U.S. Army ;e veteran of World War II and a le retired rancher, it Survivors include his wife, ■y Mrs. Mandy Barker; two sons, r, I^uis E. Barker of Navasota and i. James R. Barker of Houston; m three daughters, Mrs. Richard 1, Williams of Rosenberg, Mrs.Judy Ewing of Houston and Mrs. M. T. Crenshaw Jr. of Bryan; one brother, Tom H. Barker of Bryan; three sisters, Mrs. Eula Stark of Bryan, Mrs. Herbert West of Houston and Mrs. Eldon Sanders of Denver, Col. and 14 grandchildren.Military honors will be conducted at graveside.^Irs. JamesFuneral seryices for Mrs. James Web James, 81, of 501 East 29th Street, will be held Monday at 4 p.m. in the First Methodist Church of Bryan, the Rev. Weldon Morton officiating.Burial will be in Bryan City Cemetery under the direction of Hillier Funeral Home.Mrs. James died late Saturday night in a local hospital. She was born Fed. 24, 1890, in Bryan and had lived here all her life. She as a member of the First Methodist Church, its WSC, was a past president of Brazos County AM Mother’s Club and the Ixica William Scott DAR Chapter.
