H. Morgan, deceased, and John Harry (Morgan, deceased, are the defendants and that you must answer 'the petition of plaintiff filed herein on or before the 7th day of December, 1935, or said petition will be taken as true and judgement rendered for the plaintiff, quieting its title in and to the real estate, situatein Sequoyah. County, State ©f Oklahoma, to-wit:The Lot 3 and all of Lot 4 in Block -47, in the City of Saili-saw, Oklahoma and judicially determining by name and individual identity, the person or persons who took or*were entitled to any interest in said lands as heirs, executors, administrators.’devisees, trustees and assigns immediate and remote MT-HUMargaiL__deceaselt;i, and Johnportional part which each took or were entitled to take therein and in which action plaintiff alleges that J.
