Parish of St. Mary, La., onSATURDAY, the 21st DAY OF NOVEMBER, A. D„ 1914,between the hours of 11 o'clock A. M. and 4 o'clock P. M. the following de-scribed property, to-wit:That certain tract or parcel of land lying; and being situated in town, in the Parish of Ht,•iana, and boundedsouth'I R iiiiii 11 Hoffman, east byJiii#!$ehjUgiijg t«» Edward liouchon, B. P. Stewart and Emanuel Bercegeay and west by laud of Henry JIarris Luke Sigur, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon situated.Being name lauds acquired* by Ernest Joseph from Emanuel Bercegeay ou the 3rd day of January 1896, and recorded in Book EE of Conveyances, page 782 of the Clerk's office of the Parish of St. Mary,2nd: Since purchasing the above tract Ernest Joseph sold off two-thirds of same to Leon Joseph Alex Jerome, and the said Leon Joseph now also mortgages his one half of said two-thirds of said property as above described to said Sanarens.3rd: That certain lot of ground situated at Georgetown, in the Parish of .St. Mary. Louisiana, and bounded on the north by land of Toussaint Beanvois, on ibe east by Leon Joseph, on the south by Norbert Watkins, and west by Justin Abratain, with the buildings and improvements thereon.4tb; That certain lot of ground lying and being situated at Georgetown in the Parish of !St. Mary, Louisiana, and bonnded north by land of Toussaint Philip, east by Polydore Scipion, south by Ernest Joseph and wost by Ernest Joseph, with buildings and improvements thereon. »W.
