Died, at Shawver’s Mills, Va., on Tues day morning, October 8th, of lung affection, Bro. George W. Shawver, an old soldier of the Cross. After ten days’ confinement to his bed his spirit separated from the tenement of clay and took its flight to the immortal spirit-land where sickness and pain will be no more.Chester B. Shawver.
