Jervis-Wise Mr. and Mrs. Doyle E. Jervis of Bringhurst announced the engagement of their daughter, Madonna Sue, to Ernest Edward Wise, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest S. Wise, Sr., of Waynesburg, Pa. The bride-elect is a 1970 graduate of Carroll High School and a 1974 graduate of Taylor University, with a bachelor’s degree in social studies education. Her fiance is a 1970 graduate of Waynesburg Central High School and a 1974 graduate of California State College with a bachelor of science degree in biology. Both Miss Jervis and Mr. Wise are teachers in the Pasco County (Fla.) school. She teaches social studies at Zephyrhills High School and he teaches science at Bayonet Point Schools. The couple will be married Dec. 21 in a Christmas ceremony at the Flora Church of the Brethren. Baby shower Aimee Goslee, month-old daughter of Bruce and Barbara Goslee of Lafayette, was feted Sunday at a baby shower given by her aunts, Sandra Bowman and Debra Whiteman, at the Whiteman home, Rt. 4, Delphi. Games were played with prizes going to Maxine Yoder, Judy Brooks, Mary Ives, and Jackie McFadden. Similar gifts were presented Mrs. Goslee for the baby Cake and punch were served to 25 guests.
