Present to wish Eric happy birthday were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Martin, Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Dierker, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Gilbreath, Mr. Joe Martin, Miss Paula Nunn, Mr, and Mrs. Gary Gilbreath and Melissa, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Pcplow and Jamie, Mr. and Mrs, Gary Dierker,Miss Beth Heinkel, Miss Sharon Summar and Mrs. Dale Laumeler and Wade, Sending gifts but unable to attend were Miss Debbie O'Shea, Mr. Tony Smith, Mrs. Flor-ine Hopping and Mr. and Mrs. Roy Wilson.The first section of Eric's ten year candle, given to him at birthday, was lighted at the beginning of the party.The gift table was covered with a blue table cloth and featured Raggy Andy and different colored balloons as the center piece.Everyone was served cake, ice cream, coffee or punch. Eric's first cake was baked by Mrs, Cliff Phillips, of Topeka, and was given to Eric as a gift. It was decorated with white icing and had blue and yellow flowers. A miniature train held the only candle.
