Women's organiza tions will be able to get their message to the public via a new pro gram premiering Tues day on Channel 8, Long Beach Cablevision. The show will feature representatives of vari ous groups promoting their charities and ac tivities. Also planned are interviews with area personalities. Tuesday's guest will be Councilwoman Renee Simon. The program will air at 5:30 p.m. every Tuesday and again at 6 every Thursday on Channel 8. Mom, Oct. 30, 1972 All shows will be taped the previous Thursday in the new home fashion square at Aaron Shultz Furni ture, 4321 Atlantic Ave. There is also a meeting room available in the store for organizations to use. THE FIRST program will feature representa tives of Gamma Pi Gamma Alumnae Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega sorority. Guest hostess will be Eileen Rockwell. Regular hosts for the shows are Beverly Marsh and Jim McClellan. Others appearing on behalf of A Chip's annual “‘Magic in Mo tion Fall Fantasy of Fashions’ to benefit Crippled Children’s Society will be Martta Rowland of the Long Beach CCS Regional Center and Jane Moore of the CCS Center in the San Fernando Val ley. Members of the Long Beach alumnae group will model clothes from Chris Miller's Bou tique. They include Jacque Bauer, Carolyn Castillo, Melva Miller and Cathleen Bush. Lillian Maloney, director of Aaron Shultz Galleries, will offer ideas on decorat ing a home with per sonality. Any group interested in participating in fu ture programs may contact Blanche Cox, special events coordi nator at the home fash ion square. Among organizations scheduled to appear the next few weeks, in order of participation, are Long Beach Junior League (members will preview items avail able at the annual Rummage Sale Nov. 11 and 12 in Long Beach Arena), The Diet Work shop (a new weight-loss program in the area), St. Mary’s Hospital Auxiliary, Long Beach Hadassah and Long Beach League of Women Voters.
