(Continued From Page 1) _ International Pres. Nat Green will speak at a 40th anniversary celebration of the Downtown Lions Club at San Angelo on Monday, Nov. 25. Stell Jeter reported on activi ties at a cabinet meeting _ last week end at Eagle Pass. At tending from here were Mr. and Mrs. Meeker, Mr. and Mrs. Jeter and Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Truelove. The Kerrville club was compli mented for its many activities by Bruce Scully of Fredericksburg, deputy district governor, Jeter said. Although not much has been said recently about a swimming pool which the club has been in terested in, the matter is “not dead,’ said Don Peters, first vice president. A site has been se lected, but it is not known whe ther it will be available and un der what terms.
