B-Fiske Co.. a millinery firm of Chicago,.and traveling through here for many years, being well known to the tra.de. died suddenly a. few minute? before noon today at the Ellis hotel, aged-'about 5».He came to the hotel a week ago and was- taken ill. His wife arrived from Chicago last Friday and was with-him. at the time of death, which was due to heart trouble. Mr. Boch-er was feeling fairly well this forenoon and a few moments before he died asked his wife for a glass of buttermilk. He then took up a paper and sat down on the bed to read the morning’s news. Almost immediately after reclining on the bed he passed away, his death being a great shock to his wife, who is nearly prostrated.The remains were taken to the O’Keefe Town? undertaking parlors.. where they were prepared for burial and will be taken to Chicago for burial. •Was Highly Respected.Deceased was well known throughout the middle west and was highly esteemed. He was one of the oldest salesmen in the employ of Fiske Co., and he had resided for many years on the west side in Chicago.. The wife and a son and daughter survive. His son is a student in the University of Chicago. His daughter is a trimmer in the employ of a millinery esta/blishment at Nevada, la.A .sister, also survives, the wife, of Dr. Burd at Lisbon, la.
