COURT GRANTS CHANGE OF VENUE IN FIELDS DAM AGE CASE The damage suit of Ben Fields ,vs. A. C. Morawitz, will be tried in the Marion county circuit court at Palmyra. Fields is asking for $5,000 damages. The case is an action for dam ages growing out of an automo bile accident April 14, of the pre sent year on West Market street. Ben Fields, the plaintiff in the action lives at Louisiana and is represented by Fred D. Wilkins of that city and Rendlen, White and Rendlen of Hannibal. The defendant is represented by D. L. Jackson and Ben Ely of Hannibal. The suit was originally filed in the Hannibal Court of Common Pleas but was sent to the Marion County Circuit Court when the defendant, through his attorneys, filed an application for a change of venue.
