CASEY, ms. Oet. 21—Miss Hilda Dehl, 15-year-old graduate at the Cas ey? Township Hikt school, has been awarded first prize in the world’ s school ,a typewriting contest held in New York City, Oct. 18, according to announcements just received here. Miss Deh! was graduated from Case by last June and has been taking hy post-graduate course there.‘ During her entire school life she has been at the, head officer classes, not only in typewriting but in all branches. She had no grade below an fan for the four years while she was in high school. Last spring Miss Deh] won the state championship for typewriting in a contest held at Bloomington, IL,*and this, entitled her to enter the national contest which she has just won. A reception is being planned in honor of Miss Deh] when she returns to Casey
