DEATH RECORDLAMBRIGHTMrs. Sarah Lambright died last Wednesday night at the home of her son, Michael Lambright, near Yoder’s corners, south of Shipshewana. Her age was 74 years and she had spent the greater part of her life in the neighbor hood where she died. She is survived by three sona, Amos, Michael and Jacob Lambight, all of Newbury township, and three daughters: Mrs. Samuel Miller, of Clearapring township; Mrs. David Hostetler, near Emma, and Mrs* Calvin Troyer, southwest of LaGarnge. There are.also two brothers and two sisters; Jonas and Valentine Yoder, of Clearspring'townshipiMrs. John Miller, of Okishwwa, and Mrs. Abraham Hel-muth.The funeral was held Friday forenoon at ten o'clock at the home of Amos Lambright. Revs. Moses Lehman and Amos Yoder officiating. Interment took place in the Yoder cemetery.LEWISMrs. Samantha Lewis died Saturday morning at the home of Will Fanning near Howe after a week’s illness resulting from a stroke of paralysis. She was in LaGrange Wednesday of Corn School and on Thursday evening following she was stricken. Her agawas 73 years. One brother, John near Angola, survives her. fyr husband, Frank Lewis, died 14 years ago. They were residents of Springfield township for a long time and were well known there. The funeral was held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the East Springfield church, Kev. Ross W. Stoakea, of LaGrange, conducting the service. Interment took place in the East Springfield cemetery.OP IEMrs. William J. Opie died this morning at 2:40 o'clock at the home of her son, Albert (Xpje, after a three , weeks* illness. ^aa EmilyJ. Barber. She was born at Wolcott-vilte and had been a resident of La* Grange county nearly all her life. Her father, Dr. Leonard A. Barber, was a prominent physician for many years and had a wide circle of acquaintance in LaGrange county. She was mar-1 ried March 3, 1867, to William J. Opie,who survives her, together with three children: Albert, of LaGrange; George, of Madera, Cal.» and Mrs. Fern Adams of Chicago.
