A veteran of three years of stock car racing, Foster placed second In the feature at thb Cleveland County fair, has won second, fourth and sixth positions in Hickory races and second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth places at Rock HIILFoster will be driving No. 52, a Mercury-enginc-powered 1937 Ford, coupe owned by Bill Cobb and Clyde Hardin,Howard Champion Is expected to enter his No. X2“ a 1937 Ford sedan, with W.
