General Aultman5s Mother is DeadThe grim reaper has entered the home of General Dwight E. Aultman for the second time within a month, when his mother passed away in Pitts-burgh Thursday’ afternoon at 4:15, Mrs. Aultman'ij mother, Mrs. C. E. Hickock, went ?to her reward just a month to the day, on which word was received here of the death of General Ault man’s mother.The General received a wireWednesday night that his mother hadfallen and broken her hip and thatj [he shock had been very great to her.; system and that the physicians had | grave doubts of her recovery. The; General made all arrangements for Leaving early Thursday evening when tie received another wire saying his mother had passed away at 4:15 that afternoon. General Aultman left for! Pittsburgh at 7:40 Thursday night. !Although at the advanced age of S6 j ► ears and nearly blind, Mrs. Aultman | was very alert mentally and took an j ‘dive interest in'all current topics. She enjoyed having the newspapers *ead to her and had kept her mind J ictive. Her death greatly affects Gen-j rnl Aultmairs immediate family, for j die had lived with them for many i rears, dividing,her time between their io:ue and that of her other son, Mr. fohn B.
