Seek Damages for Girl’s Injury.Mr. and Mrs. Taylor Wilson of Hebron have instituted proceedings -gainst the Thayer County Pair Association, for recovery of damages because of injuries which were' sus- . tamed by their little daughter, at this fall’s fair. A flaming stick fell on her during the fireworks exhibition at the fait, and the injury nas become more serious than at first anticipated, and it is possible tfyat some skin-grafting on the child’s breast will be necessary. Hence, the parents are asking the fair management to reimburse them for whatever costs may be incurred by them in. treatment of the child's injuries. -
