Denver County and City One.Washington The I'nited States Supreme Court at Washington refusal to assume* jurisdiction in the Denver city and county consolidation case. This makes final the decision of the Colorado Supreme Court, handed d wn last May, declaring the governments of the city and county one. Many count* olfices are abolished or made vacant by the action of the highest, tribunal at Washington. Among of-fic. holders affected are the juvenile court judge; Henry .1. Arnold, county as ssor; James F. Benedict, county treasurer; three justices of the peace, three constables and five county i :n-missioners.
