Dead.— It is with pain that we to day chronicle the death of -lienben Loew, one of LeMars’ prominent merchants, and a citizen who has long enjoyed the eofidenee and esteem of our people. Mr. Loew died about 4 o’clock this morning, of malaria fever, after having suffered two weeks. The deceased was twenty-seven years old; he leaves a wife and one child. Mr. Loew came to LeMars about seven $ ears, ago entering into business with Mr. Clias. fcluckhohn. The two have blult up a magnificent trade, and were on the high road to prosper-ity. But death has come and dissolved that partnership, it has robbed a home of husband and father; pa rents of a dutiful, loving son.
